Orders & Returns

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at jojo@fowlplays.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue to help us resolve it as quickly as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement, return, or refund where applicable. -
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Returns are only available for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. -
How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues. After this period, we may be unable to process your return or exchange. -
Can I return custom or personalized items?
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. -
How do I return an item?
To request a return, email jojo@fowlplays.co.uk for approval and instructions. Returns should be sent to:📍 2 Summer Ground Drive, Bristol, BS13 8LH, UK
Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they may not be accepted. -
Do you offer free returns?
Clothing: UK orders qualify for free returns via a Freepost address on the returns label. For EU, US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Art Prints: Once your return is approved, a free returns code will be provided for UK returns. -
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
For orders paid with Klarna, refunds are processed back to your Klarna account according to their processing times. -
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are only available for the same design in a different size or color. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange this. -
Why doesn’t my item look exactly like the online photos?
Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations may occur between the product images and the final product. If the difference is significant, please contact us, and we’ll investigate the issue.

We may expand to other regions in the future as customs and shipping apps allow. Art Prints:
Currently, only shipped within the UK. International orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis—please contact us if interested. -
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders from multiple vendors (e.g., activewear, T-shirts, art prints) may ship separately. Some apps may automatically combine eligible items for shipping discounts; please check your cart before completing purchase. -
What if I don’t receive my order?
Check your tracking details (if provided). If your order appears delayed or missing, contact jojo@fowlplays.co.uk, and we’ll help resolve the issue. -
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Since items are made to order, cancellations are not possible once an order has been processed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later). Payment options are available at checkout.
For Klarna orders, personal and payment information is shared with Klarna to process the transaction and manage refunds according to their policies.
