        Orders & Returns

        1. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
        If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at jojo@fowlplays.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue to help us resolve it as quickly as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement, return, or refund where applicable.

        2. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
        Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Returns are only available for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

        3. How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
        You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues. After this period, we may be unable to process your return or exchange.

        4. Can I return custom or personalized items?
        Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

        5. How do I return an item?
        To request a return, email jojo@fowlplays.co.uk for approval and instructions. Returns should be sent to:

        Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they may not be accepted.

        6. Do you offer free returns?

        • Clothing: UK orders qualify for free returns via a Freepost address on the returns label. For EU and international orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

        • Art Prints: Once your return is approved, I’ll provide a free returns code.

        7. How long does a refund take?
        Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.

        8. Can I exchange an item?
        Exchanges are only available for the same design in a different size or color. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange this.

        9. Why doesn’t my item look exactly like the online photos?
        Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations may occur between the product images and the final product. If the difference is significant, please contact us, and we’ll investigate the issue.

        • Clothing:

        I do not currently ship to other regions due to customs complexities but may expand shipping in the future.

        • Art Prints:
          Currently, I only ship art prints within the UK. However, I may consider international orders on a case-by-case basis—please reach out if you’re interested.

        11. How are shipping costs calculated?
        Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Items from the same vendor will have combined shipping, while items from different vendors (e.g., art prints, activewear, and T-shirts) may have separate shipping fees.

        12. What if I don’t receive my order?
        If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

        • Check your tracking details (if provided).

        • If your order appears delayed or missing, contact jojo@fowlplays.co.uk, and I’ll help resolve the issue.

        13. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
        Since items are made to order, cancellations are not possible once an order has been processed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

         

         

        Product & Ethical Commitments

        14. Are your products ethically made?
        Yes! I work with fulfillment partners who prioritize ethical and sustainable practices.

        ♻️ Sustainable Partners:

        • Teemill: My organic cotton T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are made through Teemill, a UK leader in circular fashion. Their garments are designed to be recycled at the end of their life.

        • Printful: My activewear is printed on demand, reducing waste. They also use recycled fabrics and repurpose offcuts when possible.

        🖼 Archival Quality:

        • Art prints use archival inks to prevent fading.

        • Garments are made for durability, so they last longer and stay out of landfills.

        🌍 Supporting Local & Small Businesses:
        I prioritize sourcing materials locally and supporting small businesses whenever possible.

         

         

        Commissions & Collaborations

        15. Do you accept collaborations & commissions?
        Absolutely! I love working on unique, meaningful projects.

        🎨 Commissions:
        I create illustrations, paintings, sculptures, and pattern designs tailored to your vision.
        Process:
        1️. Consultation – We discuss your ideas, style, and preferences.
        2️. Deposit – A 50% deposit is required to begin (flexible payment plans available).
        3️. Creation – I keep you updated as I bring your vision to life.

        🤝 Collaborations:
        I welcome collaborations with creatives, brands, and organizations that align with my artistic values.

        Before reaching out, consider:

        • Commissions: Do you have a size, color palette, or medium in mind?

        • Collaborations: How does our work align? Will there be shared promotion or creative exchange?
