1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fowl Plays ("we", "us", "our") and any products you order from our website (the "Site"). By purchasing products from our Site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

Our business is based in the UK, and we operate under UK law. We provide products designed by us, which are printed and shipped by third-party partners like Teemill and Printful. We also integrate apps and services such as Klarna (payment), Conversion Bear (analytics & conversion optimization), Shopify Email, Flow, Judge.me, and Meta Ads.
3. Products and Customizations
We offer a variety of custom-designed clothing and prints. All products are made to order and may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to differences in screen resolution or slight production variations.
4. Order Process
- When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email via Shopify Email or Flow automation.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where applicable, via Royal Mail, Printful, or Teemill).
- All products are produced on-demand and are subject to availability from our partners.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (if applicable).
- We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, and other methods available at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely, and you agree to provide accurate payment information.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Products are shipped via Royal Mail and our third-party fulfillment partners, Teemill and Printful.
- Shipping times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, though we are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party fulfillment or shipping.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases where the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it via email, Shopify Email, or Flow automation. We are not responsible for returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind, as per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

All designs featured on our Site are owned by us and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without our explicit permission.
9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. We are also not responsible for delays, damages, or errors caused by third-party suppliers or apps, including Royal Mail, Teemill, Printful, PayPal, Klarna, Conversion Bear, Shopify Email, Flow, Judge.me, or Meta Ads.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or disruptions in supply chains.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the UK.
13. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing orders. Any fraudulent activity, unauthorized use of the website, or attempts to infringe upon our intellectual property will result in the cancellation of orders and potential legal action. Use of automated systems, bots, or any activity that disrupts our services, including Shopify Email, Flow, Klarna, Conversion Bear, Judge.me, or Meta integrations, is strictly prohibited.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us first to seek a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to mediation before any legal action is pursued. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in the courts of the United Kingdom.
15. Third-Party Suppliers & Liability
Orders are fulfilled by third-party partners, including Teemill and Printful. While we strive to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or errors caused by these third-party suppliers or associated apps (Klarna, Conversion Bear, Shopify Email, Flow, Judge.me, Meta Ads). Any claims related to third-party fulfillment, payments, or email/automation notifications must be directed to the appropriate provider.
16. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UK, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusing to pay these fees may result in the order being returned, and we are not liable for refunding shipping costs in such cases.
17. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
