Fowl Plays Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fowl Plays! We offer shipping for both direct orders from Fowl Plays and products fulfilled by our partners, Teemill and Printful. Please review the details below to understand how your order will be processed and shipped.

1. Fowl Plays Direct Orders

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • European Union countries (including Ireland and Northern Ireland)

Processing Time

Orders fulfilled directly by Fowl Plays are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • UK Shipping: Small items: £2.50 | Medium items: £5 | Large items: £10+
  • Europe Shipping: £5 - £20
  • International Shipping (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand): £10 - £50

Please allow additional time for delivery, especially during peak periods or due to customs delays. If there are significant delays, we will contact you via email (Shopify Email / Flow) or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email via Shopify Email/Flow with tracking details. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. Fowl Plays is not responsible for these charges.

Damages & Lost Packages

Fowl Plays is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. For assistance, contact us at jojo@fowlplays.co.uk or via Shopify Email/Flow.

Klarna Payments

If you paid using Klarna, your order will follow the same processing and shipping timelines. Refunds or exchanges will be processed through Klarna, which may take additional time to reflect on your account. Ensure you follow the normal return process before Klarna adjusts your payment plan.

2. Teemill Fulfilled Orders

Shipping Locations

Teemill orders are shipped to the same destinations as Fowl Plays direct orders.

Processing Time

Orders fulfilled by Teemill are processed within 3–15 business days, depending on the destination. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

  • UK: 3–8 days | Standard: £4.50 | First Class: £6.50 | Express (next day if ordered before 1pm): £12.50
  • Europe: 5–10 days
  • International (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand): 10–15 days

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fowl Plays and Teemill are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package does not arrive, contact us at jojo@fowlplays.co.uk via Shopify Email/Flow for assistance.

3. Printful Fulfilled Orders

Processing Time

Orders fulfilled by Printful are processed within 3–7 business days. After processing, shipping times depend on your location:

  • UK: 2–10 business days
  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Canada: 2–10 business days
  • New Zealand: 4–15 business days

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. For missing packages:

  • Check the shipping confirmation email for delivery address errors.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Check with neighbors if the courier left the package with them.
  • If still missing, contact us at jojo@fowlplays.co.uk via Shopify Email/Flow with your order number.

Address Changes & Reshipment

If you find a mistake in your delivery address after the order has been shipped, we can send a replacement order. Shipping costs will be at your expense per Printful’s policy.

4. Additional Notes

  • Multiple items from different vendors (Fowl Plays, Teemill, Printful) may arrive separately.
  • Bundle discounts apply only to product pricing, not shipping fees across vendors.
  • Conversion Bear analytics do not affect shipping times or policies but are used for optimizing checkout and offers.
